We'll process your order within 1-2 business days. If you place your order after 12 p.m. on Friday, we'll process and dispatch it the following Monday at the earliest.

Orders within Mainland UK are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 and FedEx services.

If your order arrives damaged, you have the right to refuse it, and it will be returned to us. Please let us know if this happens by emailing help@brewgooder.com with your order number.

Please double-check your address and contact information during checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect details. 

If you order within the specified window (pre-12 pm) with a next-day service and your beers fail to arrive or take longer than the following day to arrive, we'll refund the difference in postage costs once we receive an update from the courier that the order was delayed.

For any merch or non-beer orders, you'll cover the costs of return postage unless there's a fault with the item, in which case we'll refund your postage costs. Return address for merch orders is Brewgooder Returns (Commands), 9 Bleasdale Court, Clydebank, G81 2LE

Due to the use of one-time codes for online store vouchers, we are unable to process returns on these items once they've been redeemed.
