What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including AMEX.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

If you want to cancel or amend an order, please contact hello@brewgooder.com ASAP.

delivery & returns

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery costs for orders under £40 are £4.95. Please note that we can only deliver to the United Kingdom and cannot deliver internationally at the moment.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We’ll process your order within 1–2 days and dispatch it via a 48-hour delivery service.

Can I return my order?

If your order isn't what you expected upon arrival, or if there's damage in transit, please let us know at hello@brewgooder.com, and we'll get it sorted.

What is the shelf life of my brewgooder beer?

Beers shipped from our warehouse have a minimum shelf life of 3 months and will taste great up to—and even just past—the best-before date.

How should I store my brewgooder beer?

It’s never fun waiting for your beer to chill, so we recommend keeping your beers in the fridge when you unpack and order.

Is there any allergy information I should be aware of?

All our beers have the allergy information included in the ingredients in bold, so if you’re in doubt, feel free to check those out or contact us at hello@brewgooder.com.

subscriptions

Can I pause, edit, or cancel my subscription order?

Absolutely, you can manage your orders in your account and choose to pause, edit, or cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid charges, you must amend or cancel your order at least 5 working days before your next payment is due.

How do I change the address on my subscription?

You can edit your current address linked to your subscription in your subscription portal.

When will you bill me for my subscription?

You’ll be charged when you first create your subscription, and after this first order, you will then be billed on each renewal date. The frequency of your subscriptions is set by you.
