Domestic

We'll process your order within 1-2 business days. If you place your order after 12 p.m. on Friday, we'll process and dispatch it the following Monday at the earliest.

Orders within Mainland UK are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 and FedEx services.

If your order arrives damaged, you have the right to refuse it, and it will be returned to us. Please let us know if this happens by emailing help@brewgooder.com with your order number.

Please double-check your address and contact information during checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect details. 

If you order within the specified window (pre-12 pm) with a next-day service and your beers fail to arrive or take longer than the following day to arrive, we'll refund the difference in postage costs once we receive an update from the courier that the order was delayed.

International

Due to logistical challenges related to Brexit, we're currently unable to ship to any other countries beyond the UK for the time being, although we hope this can change in the future—please subscribe to our mailing list for further updates on this.
