Returns

If your order isn't what you expected upon arrival, please let us know at hello@brewgooder.com, and we'll get it sorted.

For any merch or non-beer orders, you'll cover the costs of return postage unless there's a fault with the item, in which case we'll refund your postage costs.

Due to the use of one-time codes for online store vouchers, we are unable to process returns on these items once they've been redeemed.

Delivery

We'll process your order within 1–2 business days. If you place your order after 12 p.m. on Friday, we'll process and dispatch it the following Monday at the earliest.

Orders within Mainland UK are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 and Parcelforce.

Please note we're currently unable to ship to any other countries beyond the UK just now.
