We are accepting orders from within the UK as normal - please expect processing of your order to take 1-2 days, and if you have ordered after 12pm on Friday, this will likely be processed and dispatched the following Monday at the earliest.
Orders within Mainland UK are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 and Fedex services.
If your order arrives damaged, you have the right to refuse it, following which it will be returned to us. Please notify us at email@example.com should this occur.
We are not obligated to take responsibility for orders that fail on delivery due to an address or contact information incorrectly entered during checkout, so please double check these details are correct when ordering.
If you order within the specified window (pre 12pm) with a next day service and the item fails to arrive or takes longer than the following day to arrive, we will refund the difference in cost between next day and same day delivery once we have received written confirmation from the courier that order was delayed in delivery.
If your beer order is not as expected upon arrival, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org first we will attempt to rectify this.
For any merchandise / non beer orders, the customer would cover the costs of postage unless the item is proven to be faulty and Brewgooder would refund all costs incurred. Return address for merchandise orders is Brewgooder Returns (Commands), 9 Bleasdale Court, Clydebank, G81 2LE
Due to online store vouchers using one-time codes, we are unable to process returns on these items once purchased.
