Helen Thompson

Helen Thompson

As former Managing Director for TOMS Europe, Helen has a career of experience leading businesses with strong social purpose. She is also a Non-Executive Director for B Corp brand Lily's Kitchen, ChildFund International and ChildFund Ireland, both of which are charities dedicated to helping vulnerable and disadvantaged children.

Thomas Gillan

Thomas Gillan

Thomas is founder of Scotland’s first impact-focused VC fund. He is passionate about purpose-driven entrepreneurship and connecting enterprises with mission-aligned investors and support, in the pursuit of greater positive social and environmental impact. Thomas has also held several leadership positions in B2B SaaS technology businesses.

Thanuja Simmons

Thanuja Simmons

Currently Ops Planning Controller for Brewgooder, beyond her impressive career in beer Thanuja has forever had a passion for working towards a world where there is equity for all. Previously a UK delegate to the UN Women Commission on the Status of Women, Thanuja is also chair of Brewgooder’s internal diversity programme, Work in Progress.

Kate Orme

Kate Orme

Former director of International Marketing for Global Citizen, Kate is a passionate purpose-driven senior marketer and creative strategist with 13 years of experience brand and movement building for FMCG, tech, media, and non-profit sectors. A diverse background across in-house, agency and consulting roles, Kate has worked with start-ups, scale-ups and big brands.

James Hughes

James Hughes

Co-founder of Brewgooder, James has worked on building the brand and Foundation since 2016. From nurturing relationships with global impact partners, to implementing fundraising campaigns and worldwide field trips to supported projects, James has experience across all aspects of the Brewgooder Foundation’s operations.
