Bars, Events and Rugby

10 February

Celebrating Scotland’s Six Nations has never been easier - right?

The last couple of weeks have involved sampling, pitching and lots of walking. I’m slowly beginning to correctly navigate my way around the bars in Edinburgh. From Leith to Cowgate, to Stockbridge to Morningside, I finally feel like I’ve found my bearings (sort of). This month kicked off with two sampling nights at Vino Wines followed by making new friends at The Big Shoal’s After Party- thanks to both for having me!

It’s been a busy few weeks that have also involved attending the #PitchforPurpose event organised by Social Investment Scotland and held at the Entrepreneurial Village at RBS. It was great to hear other entrepreneurs share their story, followed by an inspiring Q&A session. The case of Brewgooder seemed to go down very well too!

I’m hoping the rugby will give us another reason to celebrate and another excuse (like we need one) to #DrinkBeerGiveWater on Sunday.

Cheers,

Zoë
